Today, you will be taking a survey on your laptop to help your teachers and principal know how you feel about learning and what important to you about school. This is not a test. There are no right or wrong answers.

Read each question or statement and pick the answer that is most like you.  It is very important that you provide honest answers so that we have good information and know how to do better at our job and make school more fun.
